What are some events that have been done at The Outset?We've worked with our customers for weddings, solemnisation events, corporate events, birthday events for the little ones, and much more!

Do you offer catering services?We have an in-house catering partner that is Halal certified and offers sit-down dining services, buffet catering and live station options for your event needs. External catering is not allowed.

Are there any open fire or sound restrictions?Open fire and sparklers are not allowed. However, there is a built-in induction stove available in the kitchen. Plus, there are no sound restrictions for events held at The Outset!

Is your venue wheelchair accessible? / Are there lift landings?Yes, absolutely! Our venue is wheelchair accessible and there are lift landings available at the space.

What is the total capacity you can accommodate?Depending on the layout you're opting for, we can accomodate events with seating for up to 152 people. However, we recommend 100 - 120 pax for seated events for you to add fringe activity booths such as live stations, live band etc.

What are the payment terms?We require booking fees and a 50% deposit to be paid upon confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the event. Please reach out if you have any queries regarding this!

Do you offer venue styling or decorations?As an event one-stop solution, we offer complimentary styling with various themes as part of our venue packages. Contact us to find out more on what we can offer for your events!

What are some equipment provided?Our venue is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen facilities, basic AV setup with 2 projectors, microphones and a karaoke system if anyone wants to belt out a song or two.

Is there a bridal or dressing room at the venue?We have a private dressing room designed for wedding events with access to a toilet, full-length mirrors and furniture to help you get ready with ease and in private!
